A large number of people in Belarus have heard about God but continue to live without Him in their lives. Praying for God to reach their hearts, Olga and a team of children’s workers from her church felt called to a village in Gomel to reach the children and their families who lived there. God gave favor and opened the door for the team to hold a special service in a community center in the village. Many children and their parents attended where they received gifts and an invitation to a twelve-lesson Bible study. In the months to follow, the families went to the Bible study and learned about God’s love for them. Although the ministry team met resistance from a local priest who attempted to interfere with the meetings, God gave them PEACE that He was with them as they shared the gospel. Olga and her team were grateful for the work that God did in the village and prayed that the seeds sown there will grow and bring salvation to many people. Since then, the gospel has continued to spread in Gomel as children and families continue to gather for fellowship.
