My name is Kevin Mwanzia, and after being trained by EGM Kenya, I immediately began using it in our children’s church. I teach 13–14-year-olds, many from nearby slum communities, where poverty and negative influences often pull teenagers toward hopeless choices. Wanting them to know that God has a purpose for their lives (Jeremiah 29:11), I focused especially on the Response aspect of the curriculum. Each week, the children share how they applied God’s Word, and we reflect together on how obedience brings change. Over time, I’ve seen real transformation; better attitudes, changed behavior, growing faith, renewed hope, and confidence in God’s plan for their future. It is a true joy to see them growing spiritually, more hopeful, and confident in God’s purpose for them.
