The EGM Romania National Ministry Team was registered in 2002. This year, the ministry is celebrating 12 years of serving the Lord to see more Romanian boys and girls transformed in Christ through His local churches.
EGM Romania Celebrates its Accomplishments through God’s Work
If a picture is worth a thousand words, a number is worth even more. Here are some numbers that tell the 12 year story of EGM Romania:
EGM Romania Conference
Organized 120 training and leadership development conferences
Trained 3,592 Sunday school teachers and children’s ministry leaders
There are 749 national churches involved in EGM programs
Produced 40 books that include Sunday school curriculum and Vacation Bible School, or camp, materials
Our team is blessed with 76 core volunteers who serve on the board of directors, teach in conferences and training events, or write curriculum
The EGM Romania car has been driven 226,205 kilometers (140,557 miles) to serve churches and leaders of Romanian communities in the country and diaspora
EGM Romania – Bruda Family
EGM Romania and the Titus Project
Since EGM Romania joined the Titus Project initiative, a project designed to see the National Ministry Teams’ operational budgets fully supported from within their respective countries, another number has been very significant for our 12 year celebration… As of May 2014, almost 70% of the EGM Romania budget has been covered by the Romanian Christian community.
Generations of Transformed Lives in Christ
The number of children whose lives have been impacted by Every Generation Ministries is impossible to determine. Not only is it difficult to determine how many children are influenced significantly in their walk by EGM Romania leaders, but the real impact goes beyond the generation as children are equipped and developed as disciples. We would have to count the generations that these children will influence as they grow in their love for the Lord.
Faithful Leadership of EGM Romania
Daniel Bruda was called to serve as the EGM Romania director in 2003 and he is still working hard to serve the Lord through the churches in Romania.
Daniel reflects of God’s love and faithfulness over the years, and steps forward with confidence, in his quote:
EGM Romania – Daniel Bruda
“Serving the Lord with EGM for me is a great story about break and build. God helped me to break most of the survival mentality in leading the Ministry. I was challenged and stimulated in my personal walk with the Lord as well as the ministry life. As a result of the multiple challenges, God built confidence, the sense of ownership and a real hope for the future of the Ministry. Sometimes I am surprised by so many positive results and I know in my heart that the best is yet to come. Thank you Lord for your grace, provision and faithfulness over the years!”
EGM Romania is poised to transform children in Christ through His church for years to come.
Last Thursday, I had an internet video meeting with one of our EGM team members in East Africa. During that meeting, he shared the progress of our training and development programs for children’s ministry leaders in the Democratic Republic of Congo. In eastern DRC, the EGM-DRC team organized various four-week Model Children’s Worker training programs….
Transformation has become a buzzword in our modern culture. The Uber phenomenon has “transformed” the modern business world. The Golden State Warriors have “transformed” professional basketball with the three-point shot. The e-book has “transformed” the literary world. Although those transformations are great, nothing compares to the transformation of a changed life! For Every Generation Ministries…
Joe and Julie Cox came to serve with Every Generation Ministries (EGM) in 2006. Joe was given charge over operations for the ministry’s international efforts, while Julie served in communications and curriculum development. At that time, EGM was working in six countries and faced some serious growth pangs. Together, Joe and Julie brought years of…
EGM’s East and Central Africa Resource Team Director, Emmanuel Manishimwe, recently shared this story about a Rwamwanja Refugee Settlement located in the Kamwenge district, in Southwest Uganda. The camp accommodates over 50,000 refugees fleeing from conflict in Democratic Republic of Congo, half of which are estimated to be children. On July 7th and 8th, leaders from EGM…
It was a normal Saturday night. Preparations for Sunday’s sermon were complete. I felt confident that everything was in order for the next day. None of the volunteers had texted or called to see they couldn’t show up for the next morning’s service. On Sunday morning, the routine began: a prayer before coffee, a review…
From its very beginnings, EGM-Belarus has consisted of representatives from two major Church Unions: Baptist and Pentecostal. For over 10 years, I have personally been involved in the Board’s work and have served as its Chairman during recent years. I also work as full-time professor at a theological seminary in Minsk. In our Board meetings,…
