Why Poland?
Poland stands as EGM’s flagship ministry. Launched in 1991, the Polish ministry was founded by Polish and American leaders concerned about children knowing Christ and living the new life He has for them. Two of the Polish staff members have served for over twenty years, leading children’s workers training programs in the country.
EGM Update
The EGM-Poland team is working with over 750 churches across the country and has a full array of Bible teaching resources for children’s workers. These are not ubiquitous, English-translated materials but rather culturally appropriate, life-connecting Polish materials. More information can be found on the EGM-Poland website!

Join in prayer for EGM-Poland
- Pray for Michal Slawik who joined the Polish ministry team in July 2014 as executive director.
- Praise God for the over 750 churches that have children’s workers involved in EGM’s training programs and/or using EGM Bible teaching materials.
- Pray for the ministry’s work with churches in its summer ministry including camps, retreats and Vacation bible Schools.
- Pray for church leaders and children’s workers to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ in effective ways within a predominantly Roman Catholic society.
